SANDBOX Club was founded in 2023 by Ms. Kanitsara Kanchanawong, whose vision was to create a gathering spot that reflects the innovative spirit of the Ari lifestyle-a coffee shop and meeting point for people to talk and exchange ideas. It's a "sandbox" for doing business, where startups can receive consultations from Kanchanawong or gain insights into running a startup business. Kanchanawong has a background in the startup industry, having worked in financial institutions and as a venture capitalist. Kanchanawong is currently an angel investor, mentor, speaker, and guest lecturer teaching about startup businesses.
The collaboration allows SANDBOX Club to diversify revenue streams, at the same time providing Airportels access to a new, valuable business location. Both companies serve a similar demographic.

The idea for partnering Airportels arose when Kanchanawong identified a potential business opportunity based on observations of customer behavior and people working/living in the area around the shop during festivals or long holiday periods. She noticed that people were bringing their luggage to work and, at the end of the workday, taking their luggage with them to call for transportation. This observation led to the idea of offering a luggage pick-up and drop-off service and ultimately, a partnership with Airportels.
With AIRPORTELs, SANDBOX Club now has an established pick-up and drop-off point for luggage, with any additional rental costs for storage. The partnership will help defray SANDBOX Club's rental costs and operational expenses.

Indeed, the partnership is auspicious for both companies. SANDBOX Club has a prime location in Soi Ari, which is in the heart of the city. The shop is decorated with clear glass facing the street, making it easily noticeable. European and Asian tourists frequently pass by, making it a potentially suitable place for customers to pick up or drop off their luggage. At the same time, AIRPORTELs does not currently have a pick-up/drop-off point for its luggage delivery service in Soi Ari. The partnership is a good fit as a result. Moreover, AIRPORTELs' customer base is primarily foreigners, which aligns with SANDBOX Club's target audience.
