Bridge Recovery and Treatment Opens to Provide Addiction Treatment Services

Bridge Recovery and Treatment is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) addiction treatment service provider offering counseling sessions, intervention services, and case management. Peer support will be offered in the very near future. Counseling sessions are available both in-person and remotely via telehealth (zoom).

Bridge Recovery and Treatment will serve northeast Ohio communities including Summit, Medina, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Portage, Stark, and Wayne counties.

Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Martina Moore, has been providing professional trainings and development services to others for more than 20 years. David Wells and Mark Saffran, Co-Founders of Safe Harbor Norton and Safe Harbor Sober Living houses located throughout northeastern Ohio, understand that individuals struggling with addictions have the best opportunity for success in recovery with the support of a continuum care program and care team. Mark Saffran, the President of Bridge Recovery and Treatment, states "in the past four years, my partner David Wells and I have realized that stable housing is imperative if one is to recover from addiction. Mental health services, case management, family interventions, and the opportunity for gainful employment are equally as essential, thus the continuum of care, for long term sobriety for men and women. We are fortunate to have developed a relationship with Dr. Moore and her track record of helping addicts and alcoholics in the Cleveland community for so many years."

David Wells, the Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Recovery and Treatment states: "We have purposely named our business using the word "bridge" because if you are seeking help for your own addiction or need help in intervening to save the life of a loved one, our addiction treatment services can truly be a "bridge back home" to good health and a positive, meaningful life."

Mr. Wells is also a co-founder of Safe Harbor Sober Living. As a graduate of Xavier University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, David has nearly three decades of business experience including human resources, sales management, and executive leadership coupled with extensive knowledge of health and medical systems gained from more than 15 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Saffran, President of Bridge Recovery and Treatment, is a co-founder of Safe Harbor Sober Living, a non-profit that provides a sober living space across four properties in northeast Ohio for men seeking a new start. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit provides invaluable leadership. His track record includes four prior successful healthcare related start-ups. As a graduate of Ohio State University with a bachelors' degree in Business Management, Mark provides more than 38 years of proven expertise in the health care arena, a former member of Leadership Cleveland class of 2011 and a former board chair of the Intergenerational Schools in Cleveland, Ohio.
