Canadian Women’s Network Announces Silicon Valley Fall Cohort Inductees
November 23, 2018, San Francisco: Connection Silicon Valley, an organization that helps companies collaborate, innovate, and partner with Silicon Valley's world-renowned technology ecosystem and founder of the Canadian Women’s Network, is pleased to announce the delegation of female founders and women in tech who will join the Fall Cohort in San Francisco, December 10-14, 2018.
Representing startups and tech companies spanning education, cyber-security, health, real estate, IT, leisure, mining and property services, the Fall Cohort inductees include:

· Lindy Ledohowski - EssayJack Inc. (Toronto)
· Andria Santos - Fülhaus Inc. (Montreal)
· Rhea Claus – Lane (Toronto)

The Canadian Women’s Network aims to build important bridges for Canadian founders and executives in Silicon Valley. The Startup Cohort, which is held three times per year, is designed to support female founders or women who hold a decision-making role in a startup with up to $1 Million in revenue, to help scale their business, drive economic growth and bring foreign investment dollars back to Canada. The Fall Cohort is supported by more than 30 ex-pat Canadians with significant experience and deep networks in Silicon Valley. The Fall mentors and speakers include representatives from Chief Outsiders, Citi Ventures, Silicon Valley Bank, Off the Grid Ventures, BNY Mellon, B Capital Corp, Tribal Ventures, Voxer and How Women Lead.
The Fall Cohort will be hosted at the Canadian Landing Pad, a location set up for Canadian startups to leverage when visiting Silicon Valley. The Canadian Landing Pad is located in The Vault 415 Jackson Street, San Francisco.

It offers its own curated Office Hours and Tech Talk Speaker Series along with access to partner programming and events, connection to local founders, and meeting room and desk space. In addition to establishing the Canadian Women’s Network and the Canadian Landing Pad, Connection Silicon Valley helps enterprises drive change by providing immersion programs to connect corporates with innovative technologies, influencers, investors and corporate peers. Most recently, Connection Silicon Valley was appointed as the Trade Specialist - Silicon Valley for the Government of Alberta, which aims to connect Silicon Valley’s technology companies and investors with the tech, talent and companies based in Alberta.
