Change makers 2019: Enabling change, Fueling Success

Looking down memory lane reminds us of the memorable Success Gyan journey. Right from when the Founder and CEO Surendran Jeyasekar sowed the seed for Success Gyan eight years ago with a path-breaking idea, the company has gone from strength to strength. Despite people not catching on to the concept early on, Success Gyan has actively worked towards increasing awareness about the potential of the idea, throughout the years.

From one trainer coaching two-hundred aspirants with Brian Tracy to today, it’s been a journey of memories and achievements. What better way to celebrate the 8th anniversary, than through a spectacular event? Change Makers 2019 was an event to commemorate the spirit of Success Gyan, and remembering all that it stands and works for.

The award-winners of the night were:

Rajiv Talreja took home the Master of Business Transformation award, for his efforts in elevating Indian speakers.
Master of Masters went to Blair Singer, for her immense support.
The Master of Wealth Creation award went to Mac Attram, for his efforts as one of the best business coaches in the country.
Siddharth Rajsekar was awarded the Master of Digital Marketing award, for being the brains behind the Digital Marketing Convention.
For being a constant driving force in the Success Gyan machine, Veronica Chew won the Queen of Personal Development award.
The next award witnessed a lot of competent entries in line to receive it. Ultimately, the award went to Usha and Sudha. These two single mother superwomen bagged the Malathi Jayasekar award, as deserving candidates.
Aside from these awards, Suren has always wanted to kick things up a notch higher and go for more out-of-the-box programs. In true Success Gyan spirit, the next set of initiatives by the company are geared towards bringing the best out of people. The following initiatives were announced at the event, and they hold great promise to take the company to new heights.

SUPER SPEAKER award: This program will look to discover the nation’s best motivational speaker, who can incite any crowd to perform their level best and inspire them. What’s the prize? The winner gets to deliver their speech alongside Tony Robbins in October 2020.
SUCCESS GYAN ACADEMY: This initiative is founded with the core goal of enabling people to chase their dreams and emerge as achievers in today’s competitive world. Through webinars and coaching, accomplished trainers will guide aspiring achievers to victory in their lives through this platform.
THE HINDI APPROACH: By tapping into the potential of vernacular languages like Hindi, Success Gyan looks to reach out to every household in the nation. In 2020, a wide range of programs is slated to occur in Hindi, owing to the language’s popularity.

Change Makers 2019 was a fruitful event for Success Gyan, and the company looks to the horizon to reach new heights.
