Diamond RV & Heated Storage Opens in Elma, WA
Diamond RV & Heated Storage announced today that their new storage facility in Elma, Washington is now open. The business is located at 60 E. Schouweiler Tract Rd, just west of downtown Elma and just north of Hwy US-12 (Olympic Hwy).
Diamond RV & Heated Storage is the newest self-storage facility in Elma. The property features 602 units totaling 126,550 sq. ft. of rentable storage space. The operations offers both self-storage and RV storage units. He self-storage units range from indoor, heated spaces ranging from 5 x 5 to 10 x 15, heated drive-up units in 10 x 15 and 10 x 20, and larger unheated 12 x 25 drive-up units.
The facility also offers RV and boat storage units in enclosed and covered configurations. The enclosed units are 15 x 50 to accommodate large RVs and boats. These units come with electricity and an automatic garage door for added ease of entry and exit. The covered units come in sizes ranging from 12 x 25 to 12 x 45. The storage facility also comes with an RV wash station, giving owners the opportunity to clean their RV or boat prior to putting it back into storage.
The storage operation features several security measures including 24-hour recorded video surveillance with HD cameras throughout the property, personalized pin-code access at all entrances, wide drive aisles, and a retail store offering moving boxes and packing materials. Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday. Access hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
