Joey’s sells Kids Cards in support of Canadian authority on bullying prevention
Calgary, AB June 28, 2019 – Starting July 1, a limited number of Kids Cards are available for purchase at Joey's Seafood Restaurants across Canada. With a minimum $5 donation to Joey's charitable partner Prev-Net Canada, customers receive a Kids Card which can be redeemed for five free Kids meals.
This is the first year that Joey's has offered this type of deal and hopes to generate much-deserved funds to Prev-Net.
"Families are looking for a break these days and our loyal guests see this as a great way of supporting their favourite Joey's while doing something good for society," says Dave Holland, Vice President of Marketing and Design, Joey's Seafood Restaurants. "Bullying is top of mind for so many kids. Anything we can do to generate discussion with families is a good thing."
Joey's Kids Cards are available for purchase in-store from July 1 and will be sold until they sell out.
"Each restaurant has a limited number of cards for sale. These cards have a great value and our most loyal customers are quick to snap them up," added Holland.
In addition to the sale of Kids cards, Joey's has introduced a new Kids Club where children can engage in fun and exciting games and contests that reward the kids with cool age-appropriate prizes.
