LAGERBOX also comes to Braunschweig

LAGERBOX is constantly trying to open up new locations in order to expand its portfolio of accessibility for people. One new location is Braunschweig. A completely new building is being constructed there. The new property is located directly on the highway at the A2/A391 junction on Hansestraße in the north of Braunschweig.

The rentable space there is 5000 square meters on three floors.

This means: around 1000 storage rooms on three floors including the first floor, so the location will provide a lot of space, an XXL location so to speak.

There will also be a drive-in area so that you can store all your items dry and with shorter distances. Completion will take a good year from now on. The roof will not remain unused either. The roof will be greened and equipped with solar panels.

Solar systems are there to generate light energy and thus make a significant contribution to climate protection. This has been the LAGERBOX claim for some time - solar systems are to be installed on the roof of almost all LAGERBOX locations.

LAGERBOX has not yet been represented in Braunschweig.

The major city in northern Germany has therefore been a LAGERBOX target for some time. With almost 250,000 inhabitants and a population density of 1307 inhabitants per square kilometer, there are many people there who potentially need storage space to relieve the burden on their homes.
