National Trade Organization Relocates Headquarters to Texas
Move Includes New Roles, Member-Focused Space

[Dallas, TX | December 18, 2018] Effective December 15, 2018, USFN, a national legal-based trade association representing America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys, has completed its transition to a new headquarters in North Richland Hills, TX, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the nation’s hub for mortgage servicing operations. Previously, the organization was headquartered in Orange, CA.

USFN has served the mortgage banking industry for over thirty years. With its move to the Dallas area, the Association, with an average $2 million annual budget, plans to create five full-time jobs in the North Richland Hills community while the Association’s Dallas-area events will generate significant revenue for the local hospitality industry.

In restructuring the association’s staff, several California-based roles will not transition to the new Texas office. “This decision was made two years ago and we’ve worked hard to ensure a seamless transition that considered the service and contributions of our California team members. For those who won’t be transitioning to Texas we offer our heartfelt thanks for their contributions to the association’s success over the years,” said Marty Stone, Esq., USFN President.

“With this move, we’re building a team that looks to the next generation of USFN leadership.I’m pleased with the depth of association management talent in the Dallas area and we’ve combined that with industry experts for a truly dynamic spectrum of skills, backgrounds, and talents,” said Pamela Donahoo, USFN CEO.

The new headquarters is located in North Richland Hills, Texas, central to the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and easily accessible to the DFW Airport. The newly remodeled office also offers a complimentary meeting space for USFN members to use for trainings and meetings to better serve their Dallas-based clients. The new address is 9001 Airport Freeway, Suite 740, North Richland Hills, Texas 76180 and is where all correspondence should be directed effective immediately.
