Novacoast Announces Acquisition of SEMplicity with Goal of Enhancing SIEM Deployment and Managed Services Offerings

Novacoast, an IT professional services, development and managed services company, announced today the acquisition of certain assets of SEMplicity, a security software boutique firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Novacoast is thrilled to be joining with SEMplicity and begin working with their experienced engineers to enhance Novacoast’s SIEM development capabilities.

Novacoast CEO Paul Anderson says this gaining of SEMplicity will allow Novacoast to continually grow and develop its offerings in the cybersecurity industry. “Adding these exceptional people to Novacoast makes this a very special day for us,” says Anderson. “I was referred to SEMplicity by Micro Focus, they had a terrific reputation for services around SIEM deployment and managed services, as well as a deep expertise in custom development.”

George Boitano, a cybersecurity software developer and founder of SEMplicity, is excited to be joining with Novacoast, a company that values customer success as much as they do. “After being introduced to Novacoast nine months ago through a reach-out from Janice (Newlon), I was intrigued with the idea of joining forces,” he says, “After talking with Paul, I quickly realized Novacoast’s core value is the success of the customer, which is also SEMplicity’s goal for each and every company we work with.
