Ouroboros and Enhance Systems today announced that they have formed a strategic partnership to provide an unrivalled end-to-end solution for full MVNE/O.
This new partnership between the French Core Network provider Ouroboros and the
Danish Enhance Systems company which developed the famous iTMS intelligent
BSS/OSS are about to blitz the telecom world.
