Merlin Biotechnologies are pleased to confirm that TFR Global are now appointment as the company's approved brokerage to over-see their 3 rounds of private placement financing which will start early next year. Their stage 1 round of financing has been set at a price of U.S. $0.85 per share, with stage 2 set at U.S. $1.05 per share and stage 3 at U.S. $1.25 per share.
