They have been trained in the I.D.E.A. Design Thinking method. This IDEA programme (Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship and Arts sciences) is the product of a Hutchinson Chair at the Alliance Ecole Centrale de Lyon et Ecole de Management in Lyons.
The 1st graduating year (9 employees divided into 2 groups) worked on the theme of: "Develop a mobile rescue unit for populations during emergencies". In addition to the teaching and continuous assessment by the 4 researchers who managed them, the training was completed with monthly role playing scenarios. On their arrival, each group presented their innovation, accompanied by a demonstrator and a business model proposal for its development.
