Forbearance will help you live longer because when you change that person in the mirror you embark on a new beginning. It halts negative patterns that can kill or cripple you.
Gentleness helps you to live longer by employing less harsh responses to situations that may test your faith and your nerves. "Easy does it." Keep it simple instead of always swimming upstream, just let your spirit be gentle. This lowers high blood pressure and will help your heart to be normal as opposed to enlarged.
You don't have to put unnecessary pressure on yourself and others, choosing to be gentle and kind to yourself and others soothes the soul, brings more grace in and helps you to relax instead of stressing or beating up on yourself and others. This will help you to age gracefully and live a longer, happier lifestyle.
Self-control is very important when you endeavor to be healthy and live to be over 70 with all your faculties intact. Cigarettes and alcohol abuse will put you into an early grave.
