According to Intellizence, layoffs have increased by 20% in the past six months, with the tech industry being particularly hard hit, experiencing over 100,000 job cuts. This unsettling trend leaves many workers facing unexpected career transitions and the challenge of navigating the job market during uncertain times.

2.) The company should provide you with information about continuing your health insurance coverage under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) law. If the company has more than 20 employees, your employer is required by law to offer health insurance coverage through COBRA to terminated employees for up to 18 months. However, you will need to pay for this coverage yourself.

3.)
