Why not combine an enjoyable day out with some decking research?

After the trials and tribulations of the past 18 months, domestic tourism is looking forward to a much needed boom as holidaymakers opt for staycations rather than risk falling foul of the rules around foreign holidays. Venues across the country will be hoping to make up for lost time in attracting visitors. With English Tourism Week running up until the end of May, let’s hope the weather plays ball!

Alongside visiting attractions for the sheer pleasure of it, decking company Millboard is suggesting such visits can be combined with a little research by those contemplating adding a deck to their gardens. Their Marketing Director, Caroline Birdsall, explains…

And as the company says, it also leaves the forests intact: with no wood content involved (and many of its constituents being recycled from other manufacturing processes) no valuable trees are lost, and the result is a decking surface that significantly outperforms the timber that inspired it.
